Transcribe meetings.
Privately.

QuickSpeak captures your meeting audio, transcribes it with speaker names, and exports clean Markdown — entirely on your machine. No cloud. No accounts. No audio ever uploaded.

QuickSpeak transcript view: the Q3 Product Planning Sync with speakers Sarah Chen, Mike Torres, and Jenny Park labeled, an offline tag, and Copy, Download, and Chat actions

Three steps. Then forget it's there.

  1. Pick your audio source

The browser tab hosting Meet, Zoom, or Teams — or your microphone. One dropdown, done.

  2. Hit record and close the popup

QuickSpeak sits quietly in your toolbar while you actually pay attention to the meeting.

  3. Read, search, export

A clean transcript with every speaker named. Copy it as Markdown or JSON, download it as a WAV.

Nothing leaves your machine.

The transcription model runs inside your browser as WebAssembly. There is no server to trust, because there is no server.

  • On-device inference. Speech recognition and speaker identification run locally via WASM — works offline.
  • No accounts, no API keys. Install the extension and it just works. Nothing to sign up for.
  • Your files, your drive. Exports are plain files on your disk. Delete them and they're gone — everywhere.
